    Robert Adler

    Chief Financial Officer & Chief Operating Officer

    Robert is the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of AACP. In addition to overseeing finance, administration, and operations, he is responsible for establishing and managing processes designed to ensure that each affiliate receives the benefit of its partnership with AACP and Azimut globally.

    Mr. Adler has more than two decades of leadership experience at financial services firms including Bridgewater Associates, Strategic Value Partners, Bear Stearns Asset Management, and Goldman Sachs. He has also held senior management positions at cryptocurrency companies including Tradehill, Sator Square Partners, and Kraken. Mr. Adler spent the first eight years of his Wall Street career as a securities analyst covering pollution control and small-cap stocks at Goldman Sachs.

    Jeffry Brown

    Co-Founder & Co-Chief Investment Officer

    Jeff is the Co-Founder and Co-Chief Investment Officer of AACP. He has more than two decades of investing, due diligence, and operating-management experience in the alternative asset-management industry.

    Before joining AACP, Mr. Brown was a Managing Director at Dyal Capital Partners, where he joined during the firm’s early formation and founded and led its Business Services Platform for five years. Previously, he was a Senior Managing Director at Bear Stearns Asset Management, serving as Chief Development Officer and leading the firm’s strategic expansion from $23 billion to $55 billion in assets under management over four years. He also served as Chief Marketing Officer and Global Head of Institutional Sales. Earlier in his career, Mr. Brown held senior roles at Morgan Stanley Asset Management.

    Brian Farrell

    Managing Director

    Brian Farrell is a Managing Director of AACP. He is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, structuring, negotiating, and executing GP-stake investments in private-markets investment firms.

    Before joining AACP, Mr. Farrell was an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley Investment Management and a founding member of its GP Capital Solutions Team, where he helped execute GP-stake investments in private-markets firms. Previously, he was a Director at Wafra Inc. and a member of its investment committee. Mr. Farrell began his career at MIO Partners Inc., a subsidiary of McKinsey & Company, focusing on a range of alternative investments.

    Joseph Hill

    Operating Partner

    Joe is the Operating Partner at AACP. In this role, he advises affiliates on their most important and impactful institutional-investor relationships around the world.

    Previously, Joe was a Managing Principal, Vice-Chairman, member of the Executive Committee, and Head of Marketing and Investor Relations at Halcyon/Bardin Hill Capital Partners. Before that, he was a Managing Director in the Private Funds Group at Credit Suisse First Boston, where his team raised capital for firms including Bridgewater Associates, Moore Capital, Graham Capital, and Chilton Capital. Earlier, Joe was a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley, where he held several senior leadership positions.

    David Martino

    Director of Finance & Operations

    David Martino is a Director of Finance and Operations at AACP. He assists AACP’s CFO in overseeing finance, administration, and operations. His responsibilities include producing quarterly and annual financial statements, maintaining budgets and forecasts, serving as a liaison between AACP’s affiliate managers and Azimut Group, coordinating with external accountants and counsel on accounting, tax, and legal structuring, improving processes and procedures, and working closely with third-party administrators.

    Mr. Martino has more than 28 years of experience in private-equity and fund accounting, financial-statement and control audits, and project management. He joined AACP after more than two decades with Bardin Hill Investment Partners LP, formerly Halcyon Capital Management, where he served as Controller. Mr. Martino began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Senior Associate in the financial services and alternative-assets group, preparing audits for clients including Cerberus Partners, Goldman Sachs, Brown Brothers Harriman, and Bardin Hill Investment Partners.

    Maclain Mills

    Vice President

    Maclain Mills is a Vice President at AACP. He is responsible for capital formation and supports distribution efforts across AACP’s affiliate firms and investment strategies.

    Before joining AACP, Mr. Mills was a Vice President at Nomura Capital Management, where he supported sales and marketing for the firm’s private-credit platform and served as a product specialist. Previously, he was an Alternative Investment Specialist at Goldman Sachs Asset Management, partnering with wealth platforms and intermediaries to raise capital across private equity, private credit, and real-asset strategies.

    BA in Finance and Political Science, Michigan State University.

    Rebecca Pang

    Office Administrator

    Rebecca Pang is an Office Administrator at AACP. She provides administrative support to the firm’s New York office and works closely with the leadership team by coordinating calendars and meetings, managing correspondence and mail distribution, overseeing telephone services, and maintaining office-supply operations.

    Before joining AACP, Ms. Pang was an Administrative Assistant at Mediobanca Securities USA in New York, where she managed roadshow schedules and logistics for clients and internal research analysts.

    Education

    BBA in Digital Marketing with a minor in Graphic Communications, Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business.
